Bowen for the Gall Bladder
One of my regular clients booked in with me to see if I could assist her with persistent nausea. This had caused her to switch to a bland diet to give her digestive system a break. Prior to me treating her she explained she had also been experiencing loud belching and burping, along with a strange metallic taste in her mouth. Her neck down to her shoulders were feeling tight and she had a constant nagging headache behind the eyes. All of these symptoms were telling me to look at the Gall Bladder.
“All of these symptoms were telling me to look at the Gall Bladder.”
I focused on Bowen moves to relax my client’s nervous system and fascia (connective tissue) and then did more specific work which addresses the Gall Bladder. The Bowenwork was performed on my client’s lower and upper back and under the ribcage. I didn’t touch her neck, yet the work still effected the neck and shoulders.
The following day she reported all her symptoms had settled and she felt so much better! No more nausea. Metallic taste in the mouth, gone. Neck and shoulders felt nice and loose. Headache gone as well. Burping had settled. Very happy client!
Bowen Therapy is very gentle and effective for treating Gall Bladder and digestive issues. It is suitable for all ages because it does not require heavy pressure to bring about big changes.
An interesting fact with the Gall Bladder is even if you have had it removed, Bowen Therapy still addresses this organ as the body “recognises” that it is still there.
My lady was happy to get back to her normal activities and not to have to worry about her tummy and what she could eat.
