My entry into Bowen Therapy began through my own health issues. Bowen was the only therapy that helped me heal from chronic shoulder pain.

I was amazed at how such gentle work produced such a big response in my body and after only a couple of treatments my pain had just about gone.

It was then an easy choice for me to make when I had the opportunity to study Bowen Therapy and studied Bowtech Bowen Therapy through Bowen Training Australia and in conjunction with the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia. I have had the opportunity to learn from the most amazing Bowen instructors including Ossie and Elaine Rentsch who learnt directly from Mr Tom Bowen and from whom this amazing technique is named after.
